Juliet Bou Mansour (she/her)
Writing for: 1 year
Juliet (she/her), 17, sees writing for Sex, Etc. as a one-of-a-kind opportunity to discuss sexual health in an “informal yet educational way” that is accessible to teens. A passionate advocate for public health, Juliet is currently collaborating with fellow Sex, Etc. teen staffer Siya on a project examining the prevalence, cause and effect of racial disparities in skin conditions and proposing potential solutions to this problem. She’s interested in pursuing a career as a dermatologist. Juliet is also engaged in her school community, where she is senior class president and plays on the tennis team. “Always” listening to music, Juliet loves to sing. Earlier this year, she successfully auditioned for the CJMEA (Central Jersey Music Educators Association) mixed chorus. Juliet loves spending time with friends, with whom she shares lots of things…but not her favorite food, Häagen-Dazs mango sorbet.
