Sraghvi Anchaliya (she/her)
Writing for: 1 year
Sraghvi (she/her), 17, is full of curiosity. She joined Sex, Etc.’s teen staff this year to help inform teens around the country and world about sex education. She especially hopes to write about the stigma surrounding sex-related topics in immigrant families. As a first-generation Indian American, she wants to help facilitate open conversations between immigrant parents and their children through her writing. She is active within her community—from working as a swim instructor to serving on her town’s youth council—and enjoys cultivating her 10-year art hobby in her free time. Sraghvi’s absolute favorite food is truffle macaroni and cheese and she refuses to tolerate a boxed substitute! Sraghvi is also passionate about health equity, and completed a research paper on the achievability of universal healthcare while at a University of Pittsburgh summer program. She’s excited to be at Sex, Etc.!
