Meet the Staff

Lydia Ziegler (she/her)

Lydia (she/her), 17, is a high school senior and amazing softball player! When she isn’t playing softball, she enjoys being crafty by repurposing seashells she’s found on beaches during her travels. President of her school’s Business Ethics club and a first-year competitive bowler, Lydia is super busy but always finds time to include daily walks with her dog, Charlie. A lover of fall, Lydia’s favorite holiday is Halloween. She believes it’s important for teens all over the world to have access to information on sexual health topics that aren’t talked about as often as they could be. Lydia hopes to bring awareness to topics such as sexual orientation, how to navigate relationships with partners and understanding the importance of sex education. Lydia does her best to provide accurate and accessible information on diverse topics, through both her writing at Sex, Etc. and involvement in her school’s Humanities program!
