Meet the Staff

Jason Oliveira (he/him)

Jason (he/him), 17, is a dedicated and ambitious high school senior who is fueled by determination. A part of his school’s cross country team, he also enjoys hiking and fishing in his free time. When he’s not running or exploring the outdoors, Jason dedicates time to his podcast, “The Queer Quarters,” where he creates and shares informative content about LGBTQ+ topics. He’s also passionate about fashion, frequently experimenting with different styles and finding unique ways to express himself through clothes. He joined Sex, Etc. because his high school doesn’t offer comprehensive sex education and he wanted to educate both himself and others. In the future, Jason plans to serve in the Marines, with a long-term goal of joining the FBI. But for the present, Jason is happy writing content for Sex, Etc.
