Meet the Staff

Alex Thomas (he/him)

Alex (he/him), 17, is an outgoing, kindhearted high school senior who is passionate about sex education. He is in his first year here at Sex, Etc. and eager to help promote comprehensive sex education. At school, he is involved with the Queer Student Union, where he advocates and helps create a safe space for LGBTQ+ students. Interested in theater, you can also catch Alex working on the stage crew, as a stage manager or even onstage in school productions! A lover all things crafts, Alex enjoys sewing, crocheting and drawing. His dream vacation? To the Great Lakes in the summertime. He also loves listening to music, especially ‘90s rock and ‘80s metal. Alex is excited to join the staff this year and looks forward to promoting open conversations about sexuality.
